FOUNDED BY NIKITA PRISHIVALKO
A7A Hockey was founded in 2021 by former professional hockey player Nikita Prishivalko.
We work with players across top European junior leagues and North American development pathway, including NCAA, CHL, USHL, NAHL, NCDC, USPHL, and prep and youth hockey programs.
Our mission is to give every player a clear plan, honest guidance, and real support-on and off the ice.
PLAYERS DEVELOPMENT
The mission of A7A Hockey Development is to help players reach their full potential. We break down games shift by shift, review key decisions on the ice, and build a clear development plan for each athlete. Every client receives a personalized training and nutrition program designed to support steady progress-every day.
We guide players into opportunities where they can succeed on the ice, in the classroom, and in the community. Families receive clear feedback, objective data, and honest recommendations so they can make confident decisions at every step.
ADVISING
1. Recruiting & Exposure
A7A Hockey Advisor helps players get seen by the right coaches and programs. We evaluate each athlete's level, goals, and timeline, then build a realistic exposure plan-teams, leagues, showcases, and outreach-so every step supports the next opportunity.
2. Academics
Academics matter. Early in the process we review transcripts and test scores (SAT/ACT when applicable) to understand each player's options. We help families set clear academic goals and stay eligible, so hockey opportunities don't get limited by the classroom.
3. Process
We guide families through the entire path-step by step. Players receive a clear development plan, honest feedback, and practical recommendations based on video review and ongoing evaluation. Families also get transparent guidance on what is worth the cost-and what isn't-so they can make smart decisions throughout the process.

We work closely with players and parents to provide honest guidance, structured development, and smart decision making on and off the ice.
AMATEURISM
A7A Hockey Advisor helps players protect their amateur status while exploring NCAA and Major Junior opportunities. We make sure families understand the rules and avoid mistakes that can impact eligibility.
NCAA
We guide families through the NCAA Eligibility Center and Clearinghouse process so players stay eligible to compete. We also explain the recruiting process for NCAA Division I and Division III—so you know what to do and when.
DEVELOPMENT
We build a personalized development plan for each player and support consistent progress on and off the ice. Our approach is structured, honest, and tailored to the athlete’s goals, strengths, and timeline.
DRAFT AND TENDER PREPARATION
We help players and families understand the junior hockey draft and tender process in the United States and Canada. You’ll know the options, the timelines, and the best next step for your situation.
GUIDANCE
We break down the key development paths available and provide clear recommendations based on your goals and current level. Families get practical guidance to make confident career decisions.
