Unfortunately, due to health reasons, I had to step away from professional hockey earlier than planned. However, I was fortunate to compete in multiple countries and at different levels, including the GMHL (Canada), NAHL (USA), and the MHL (Russia).
I also played in the Belarusian Championship for teams such as Youth Minsk, Dynamo Molodechno, Dynamo Bobruisk, HC Vitebsk, and others. I represented Belarus at the U16, U17, U18, and U20 national team levels. In 2012, I won the IIHF U18 Division I World Championship (Hungary) with the Belarus U18 national team. I also attended KHL Rookie Camps with HC Neftekhimik and HC Dynamo Minsk.
After completing my playing career, I founded my own sports agency and have been developing it for the past 2.5 years. My mission is to use real, first-hand experience from a professional hockey career to guide young players through their development—on the ice and off the ice.
I strongly believe that hockey development should include more than training and games. Education, foreign languages, discipline, and personal growth matter—because in reality, a sports career can end unexpectedly, and the player and the entire family must be prepared for that possibility.
Each athlete we work with receives an individual development plan that may include training structure, nutrition guidance, and unique educational materials created by our team. These resources are based on the real challenges I faced myself, and the difficulties that many athletes experience after retirement.
This is a major issue in modern sports. Many athletes struggle to adapt after their careers end—without the daily routine, the team environment, and the support system they were used to. From personal experience, I can say that this transition can be incredibly difficult, and it’s something we need to address openly and seriously—not only in hockey, but in all sports.
I will be happy to support you with professional guidance and help you move toward your goals.
I would also like to express my deepest gratitude to my mother and father for everything they did to give me the opportunity to play hockey at a high level and for their unconditional support.
To players: appreciate your families and make them proud with your new achievements—we’ll be glad to help you on that path.
To parents: stay patient. Patience opens many doors.
All the best,
Nikita Prishivalko
